Certain BOS features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Protecting access to your account
• Maintaining accurate account information
• All activity performed through your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

BOS may allow organizations to invite team members and assign roles or permissions.

The organization administrator may be able to:

• Invite users
• Remove users
• Assign permissions
• Manage integrations

• Configure organization settings
• Control access to certain platform features

If you use BOS through an organization, the organization may control your access to the organization's data and account.

You agree to use BOS only for lawful purposes.

You must not use BOS to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Access another person's account without authorization
• Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Attack or disrupt the Platform
• Reverse engineer the Platform except where expressly permitted by law
• Scrape or systematically extract Platform data without authorization
• Abuse APIs or integrations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
• Interfere with other users' access to BOS

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

You may provide or connect business data to BOS.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorization to provide or connect such data.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to BOS:

• Is accurate to the extent reasonably possible
• Does not unlawfully contain another person's information
• Does not violate third-party agreements
• Does not infringe another party's rights

BOS does not claim ownership of your business data merely because you use the Platform.

BOS may provide integrations with third-party platforms, including services such as:

• Google Business Profile
• Google Search Console
• Analytics platforms
• Marketing platforms
• Advertising platforms
• APIs
• Webhooks
• Other supported business services

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize BOS to access the information permitted by the permissions you grant.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.

BOS is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party APIs
• Third-party outages
• Changes in third-party functionality
• Third-party data accuracy
• Suspension or termination of third-party accounts
• Third-party policy changes

A third-party service may stop working or change its available data without notice.

BOS may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to generate:

• Insights
• Recommendations
• Summaries
• Reports
• Priorities
• Suggested actions
• Business observations

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect conclusions.

You should independently review important recommendations before taking business, financial, legal, marketing, or operational actions.

BOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated information.

You remain responsible for decisions made using information provided by BOS.

BOS may analyze SEO information and provide recommendations related to search engine performance. However:

• Search rankings can change frequently.
• Search engines control their ranking algorithms.
• Search results may differ by location, device, user, and search context.
• Third-party search data may be delayed or incomplete.
• SEO recommendations may not produce the expected results.

BOS does not guarantee:

• Higher search rankings
• First-page rankings
• Increased organic traffic
• Increased leads
• Increased sales
• Improved domain authority
• Any specific SEO outcome

BOS may provide analysis of information obtained through Google Business Profile and related services.

BOS does not control Google's:

• Search algorithms
• Local ranking systems
• Review systems
• Business Profile policies
• API availability
• Data availability

BOS does not guarantee improved local rankings, visibility, reviews, traffic, calls, or customer acquisition.

You remain responsible for complying with Google's applicable policies when managing your business profile.

The BOS Platform, including its:

• Software
• Interface
• Design
• Branding
• Logos
• Documentation
• Algorithms
• Features
• Original content
• Platform architecture

is owned by or licensed to BOS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:

• Copy the Platform
• Republish it
• Resell it
• Distribute it
• Modify it
• Create derivative works from it
• Reverse engineer it
• Use BOS branding without permission

You retain ownership of content and business data that you submit to BOS, subject to the rights necessary for BOS to provide the Services.

By submitting data to BOS, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process, store, transmit, and use that information as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services
• Process integrations
• Generate reports
• Generate insights
• Maintain the Platform
• Provide customer support
• Improve the Services where permitted by applicable law

We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Certain BOS features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans may specify:

• Pricing
• Billing period
• Usage limits
• Feature availability

• Other applicable restrictions

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide valid billing information and authorize applicable charges.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew for the applicable billing period.

Cancellation may prevent future subscription charges but does not necessarily result in a refund for previously paid subscription periods.

Any refunds will be governed by the applicable refund policy or subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

We aim to keep BOS reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Updates
• Infrastructure failures
• Security incidents

• Network problems

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Platform when reasonably necessary.

BOS may obtain information from multiple sources.

We do not guarantee that information displayed by BOS will always be:

• Accurate
• Complete
• Current
• Error-free
• Available
• Consistent across different sources

Third-party data may contain errors or delays.

You should verify important information before relying on it for material business decisions.

BOS is an informational and decision-support platform. It does not provide professional:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Medical advice
• Investment advice

AI recommendations and analytics should not replace qualified professional advice where such advice is required.

We will handle confidential information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual obligations.

You should not submit information to BOS that you are legally prohibited from sharing or processing through a third-party platform.

Where applicable, separate confidentiality or data-processing agreements may apply between BOS and business customers.

We may suspend or terminate access to BOS if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
• Your account presents a security risk
• You fail to pay applicable fees
• Required by law
• A third-party integration necessary for your account becomes unavailable
• Continued access creates a material risk to BOS or other users

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.

After termination:

• Your right to use BOS will end.
• Access to certain account data may be disabled.
• Connected integrations may be disconnected.
• Outstanding payment obligations may remain payable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOS is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not warrant that:

• BOS will always be available
• BOS will always operate without errors
• Information will always be accurate
• AI-generated recommendations will always be correct
• Third-party integrations will always function
• The Platform will satisfy every business requirement
• Use of BOS will produce a specific business outcome

Your use of BOS is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOS and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

This may include losses relating to:

• Revenue
• Business opportunities
• Profits
• Data
• Business interruption
• Search rankings
• Marketing performance
• Customer acquisition
• Third-party services

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

For paid services, any additional limitation of liability will be governed by the applicable commercial agreement or subscription terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BOS and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Unauthorized data submitted or connected by you
• Your use of third-party integrations

We may modify BOS from time to time. This may include:

• Removing features
• Changing interfaces
• Updating APIs
• Changing integrations
• Modifying usage limits
• Improving security
• Introducing new plans

We may discontinue features that are no longer commercially or technically viable.

We may update these Terms periodically.

• Other reasonable communication methods

Your continued use of BOS after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable to the legal entity operating BOS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable commercial agreement or, where no such agreement exists, the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the BOS operating entity.

BOS will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet failures
• Cloud infrastructure failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Government actions
• War
• Civil unrest
• Pandemics
• Power failures
• Third-party service failures
• Telecommunications failures

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription, service, or commercial agreements, constitute the agreement between you and BOS regarding your use of the Platform.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
